Sometimes I will lay down, if just for a bit. Many times I will write in my journal what transpired during the day and how I’m feeling about it. Something that I used to do and need to get back to is taking a walk.

My middle name is Lee. I got the name, best I can tell, from my maternal great grandfather. I think his middle name was Leroy. I’m glad my parents shortened it to the more modern middle name of Lee.
