SOCIAL DISTANCING: & How to Stay Mentally Healthy #COVID19 — BeautyBeyondBones

At least at first, it seemed to be just another news topic you saw from time-to-time, a story that would run the usual cycle and burn itself out after a few days. But then, you start seeing more and more about the numbers of people infected and affected and start to take it a bit more seriously.
This past week, news came of some travel restrictions and measures to avoid being infected with the virus and you took it a bit more seriously and you heard more and more people discussing it.
The ultimate sign that it was indeed more than just a passing news trend was word that the NCAA had canceled its season finale tournament, commonly referred to as “March Madness.” At this point I realized it was truly serious business.
It’s one thing to hear about it on the news, quite another when it wipes out on of America’s favorite sporting events. Professional sports leagues also called play to a halt, further underlining the seriousness of it all.
So yes Coronavirus, you have my attention. Let us hope that things will return to normal soon and that the virus will be eradicated. But it’s become obvious to me that it’s a lot bigger deal than I might first have thought.

“Waste No More Time Arguing What A Good Man Should Be. Be One.”
THE MEDICINE:
The time has passed and the window of opportunity has closed. Now is not the moment to take that leap you have been over preparing for. It is best to wait until conditions in heaven line up again to offer you a more propitious moment. Any bold action you take now will require tremendous effort on your part. Just as important as knowing when to act is knowing when to return to your inner stillness and wait for more favorable times.

Meditation for the Day
Gently breathe in God’s spirit, that spirit which, if not barred out by selfishness, will enable you to do good works. This means rather that God will be enabled to do good works through you. You can become a channel for God’s spirit to flow through you and into the lives of others. The works that you can do will only be limited by your spiritual development. Let your spirit be in harmony with God’s spirit and there is no limit to what you can do in the realm of human relationships.
Prayer for the Day
I pray that I may become a channel for God’s spirit. I pray that God’s spirit may flow through me into the lives of others.
From Twenty-Four Hours a Day
Clarity and direction
In spite of our best efforts to work our programs and lean on God’s guidance, we sometimes don’t understand what’s going on in our life. We trust, wait, pray, listen to people, listen to ourselves, and the answer still does not come.
During those times, we need to understand that we are right where we need to be, even though that place may feel awkward and uncomfortable. Our life does have purpose and direction.
We are being changed, healed, and transformed at levels deeper than we can imagine. Good things, beyond our capacity to imagine, are being prepared and brought to us. We are being led and guided.
We can become peaceful. We do not have to act in haste or urgency just to relieve our discomfort, just to get an answer. We can wait until our mind is peaceful. We can wait for clear direction. Clarity will come.
The answer will come, and it will be good for us and those around us.
Today, God, help me know I am being guided into what’s good about life, especially when I feel confused and without direction. Help me trust enough to wait until my mind and vision are clear and consistent. Help me know that clarity will come.
From The Language of Letting Go
Essential meanings: Transitions; not being quite out of one situation and fully engaged in another; temporary blindness; no-man’s-land.
The Oracle’s Message: Between the worlds is where you must let go of the tendency to make assumptions. This is a time when you are unable to see what is ahead. Cultivate curiosity, and trust the process of change and growth. You are done learning the lessons the experiences that have just passed. In this place, between what was and what will be, is a state of making and unmaking and making again. What is essential now is to admit not knowing. There is great freedom and power to be unleashed, as a mystery that is not yours to understand weaves the web of life, within a Divine matrix of consciousness greater than your own thoughts, feelings, beliefs, desires, and decisions. The seeds that were planted in the past begin to take form, but you probably will not see what you expect. When you are between the worlds, you are invited to see with the curious eyes of a child glimpsing a rainbow for the first time. Do so and you will not be disappointed.
Relationship message: This is a time to explore the new energy that is gathering between you and another. It is not a moment for certainty but rather for discovery and curiosity. You don’t yet know if this will last forever, so allow yourself to explore who you are and what is reflected back to you. This relationship is meant to educate you about yourself. What do you need? What do you like or dislike? What values are important to you? You are in a critical phase of your relationship that is not to be dismissed or hurried.
Prosperity message: In your work, sometimes you try things that have worked for others, hoping that you, too, will be successful. When this symbol appears, it reminds you that sometimes the path to your prosperity is a gamble. Win or lose, you can learn much from what comes with your wager. It’s a good time to bet on your skills and talents to do something new and different. Remain curious, and with the right combination of timing and luck, you will stumble upon something golden that will be unlike anything you’ve known before.

Meditation for the Day
Simplicity is the keynote of a good life. Choose the simple things always. Life can become complicated if you let it be so. You can be swamped by difficulties if you let them take up too much of your time. Every difficulty can be either solved or ignored and some thing better substituted for it. Love the humble things of life. Reverence the simple things. Your standard must never be the world’s standard of wealth and power.
Prayer for the Day
I pray that I may love the simple things of life. I pray that I may keep my life uncomplicated and free.
From Twenty-Four Hours a Day
Timing
If we could untangle the mysteries of life and unravel the energies which run through the world; if we could evaluate correctly the significance of passing events; if we could measure the struggles, dilemmas, and aspirations of mankind, we could find that nothing is born out of time. Everything comes at its appointed moment.
—Joseph R. Sizoo
Timing can be frustrating. We can wait and wait for something to happen, and it seems to be forever until it comes to pass. Or, suddenly, an event or circumstance is thrust upon us, catching us by surprise. Believing that things happen too slowly or too quickly is an illusion. Timing is perfect.
Today, I will trust and work with Divine Order. I will accept the timing in my life today and in my past as being perfect.
