I feel most productive when I’m substitute teaching in the public schools. I’ve been in the classroom long enough (44 years), so I feel comfortable there. With the advent of technology in the classroom, there is a lot less direct teaching and more monitoring of students. I feel competent in most of the technology that is being used in classrooms today.
