I was thinking today of when spring was to officially begin for this year. One of the students in my class mentioned about it being spring. But she’s a fifth grader, so what do they know?
Well, turns out she knows a whole lot more than I do in that respect. Spring officially began yesterday and I’m only learning that today. And that comes only because I decided to Google it.
I’m sure if I wasn’t taking a break from social media, I would have fully been aware of its presence. That’s one big advantage of social media – you certainly know about major days and the beginning of seasons.
So today is the first official day of spring for me…I’ll try to do better in the future. LOL
